Return & Exchange

Because all items are made to order, we only offer refunds or replacements in specific cases.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
  • There is a printing error or manufacturing issue

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Because products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, we will send a replacement of the same item after approval.
